My name is Benjamin Thomas Cruz Mermy. I was born and raised in Paris, and I’ve always had a passion for traveling. I spent a year studying in Mexico City as an exchange student.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Business and worked as a real estate agent in France for five years. After spending over three years as an international broker, I decided to leave my job to search for a place I truly wanted to call home.

I’ve been living in Mexico for more than three years now, and I’m ready to continue my family’s legacy in the real estate industry—this time, here in Mexico.
